You’re suggested to change the original root password after you jailbreak your iDevice. Change the root password aims to prevent someone with malicious intent from gaining access to your device. If your iDevice is attacked, it’s very easy for people to get your important data file and violate your personal privacy. So, you’d better change the default root password as soon as possible after jailbreak.
Step1: Search MobileTerminal in Cyida and install it on your iDevice.
Step2: Launch MobileTerminal after the installation.
Step3: Enter the following commands.
Su - root//
Alpine//
iPhone:~root#//
Passwd//
123456//
123456//
Till now you’ve changed the root password successfully if you didn’t received any alert.
