How to Install and Download iOS 8.1 and What Should be Noticed?
Two choices for iOS 8.1 update: One is to update via OTA, and the other is to update on iTunes.
OTA update: Go into Settings > General >Software Update. The wireless OTA update sized about 100MB but you need to make away more than 2.2GB to free up the update package. Users who hold an 8GB or 16GB device may have not enough space, then you need to delete some files and apps. Learn how to backup iOS files before deleting to free up space here.
Update through iTunes: If you really canât make away enough space, update through iTunes. Open your computer (Windows or Mac), launch iTunes, there will be update messages pops up once launched.
